The Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a highly successful and growing organisation based in Woking on a temporary basis from 16th March through to 30th April. During this time, you will work closely alongside the company's Recruitment Manager, providing additional support during a particularly busy period of internal hiring. The focus of the role will be managing recruitment activity across several positions, primarily centred around hiring Field Sales Representatives. The organisation has an impressive portfolio of household-name clients and continues to grow, making this a fast-paced and engaging environment. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers across the business to help ensure vacancies are filled efficiently during this peak hiring period.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through various channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability and availability.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
- Compile and publish internal and external job advertisements following recruitment authorisation.
- Create, review, and update job descriptions as required.
- Produce and distribute the weekly recruitment bulletin.
Systems Administration & Maintenance
- Assist with the administration and ongoing maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide ATS-related support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all talent systems.
Skills, Education & Qualifications
- Recent recruitment experience is essential, ideally gained within an in-house or agency environment.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Previous experience recruiting for high-volume roles.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates and recruitment workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
