We are recruiting an experienced Administrator to join a global company in Weybridge on an ongoing temporary basis for 3-6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding attention to detail, strong IT skills, and excellent communication abilities who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the Service Coordinators during a busy period by managing a backlog of customer service tickets and ensuring work is allocated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinators.
- Manage and triage customer service tickets, assigning them to the correct department.
- Respond to straightforward customer enquiries via email and internal systems.
- Accurately enter and update data on the company's in-house system.
- Close completed cases and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
