We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a successful, international business in Guildford on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. Alongside a competitive salary of up to £35k they offer excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, hybrid working (3 days per week office based), free parking, pension and more. The contract is for a minimum of 12 months with the possibility to be extended.

You will be responsible for processing orders from start to finish, liaising with corporate customers and coordinating between all involved parties and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from beginning to end.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer enquiries within agreed time frames
  • Processing customer orders, providing an accurate order confirmation including lead times
  • Raising quotations
  • Communicating with customers regarding delivery requirements
  • Proactively keeping customers up to date on production and dispatch dates
  • Liaising with multiple departments in order to ensure that customers needs are met in a timely manner
  • Supporting the aftersales team with returns and spare part / replacement orders, ensuring correct processes are followed and records updated
  • Providing basic technical product information and product guidance to clients
