We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-time Administrator to join a growing company in Guildford in a newly created role as part of continued growth. This role is 21 hours a week with flexibility as to the exact hours / days worked - eg 3 full days or 4 shorter days. The company operates hybrid working and are offering 2 days a week in the office and 1 or 2 days a week working from home, depending on the agreed working pattern. Alongside a competitive salary there is an excellent benefits package including hybrid working, flexible working hours around core hours of work, annual bonus and salary review, pension, life insurance, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, plus additional days off for your birthday and over Christmas (pro rata for part-time roles) and more. Please note the salary for this role is circa £16,500. The exact salary will depend on the working hours agreed. The full time equivalent salary is up to £28k. The focus of the role is to support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative needs. Responsibilities will include: Work closely with the Talent team and hiring managers to understand role details Check and post job descriptions / adverts to various online platforms as well as ensuring details are inputted correctly onto the internal database / applicant tracking system (ATS) Keep the ATS up to date throughout the recruitment process, moving candidates through interview stages up to offer and onboarding Liaise with agencies, candidates and hiring managers as required Confirm interviews and send interview details as needed to applicants Manage the offer process and prepare onboarding documents such as contract of employment Monitor the shared inbox, highlighting and actioning urgent queries Assist with screening CVs Approve agency / supplier invoices We are looking for a strong Administrator with excellent communication skills.
