We are looking for an HR Advisor to join an organisation located in Portsmouth, covering a twelve month maternity contract.

Duties include:

  • Collaborating with managers to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Meeting with new starters and leavers to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Supporting wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assisting with employee relations, such as absence and performance improvement.
  • Answering queries and providing data insights (e.g., regional reporting, diversity metrics, staff lists, leavers, and movers' reports).
  • Supporting team processes and checklists.
  • Reviewing monthly payroll submissions.
  • Maintaining people-related policies.
  • Joining project teams to support continuous improvement.
