This role is integral to supporting customer operations by processing orders, creating quotations, and handling telephone and email enquiries. The position also involves supporting internal teams and responding to technical queries, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotations
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide administrative and technical support to the sales and customer service teams
- Maintain and update records within SAP, CRM, or equivalent systems
