We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a very successful, international business with modern offices in Surrey. This is a well established organisation with a globally successful brand, who can offer excellent opportunities for career progression and have an outstanding benefits package and working environment for their employees. This is a hybrid role working both from the office near Leatherhead, Surrey, and from home. Please note, applicants must drive due to the location of the office.

The focus is to manage the end of contract process, providing the highest possible standard of service and taking a customer first approach. Responsibilities include:

  • Follow end of contract contact strategy, ensuring solutions are tailored to the individual customer, advising of available options and taking a customer first approach.
  • Grow portfolio at both end of contract and in contract life when opportunities present themselves.
  • Provide quotations, ensuring that the quotation is affordable and the best outcome for the customer.
  • Manage recommendations and referrals, following up on enquiries within the agreed SLA.
  • Liaise with third parties and work closely with other teams internally to ensure customer expectations are met.

This role requires outstanding communication skills and a genuine customer focus. We are looking for someone who has proven Customer Service and Sales skills and we are open minded about what industry / sector you are coming from - as long as you are confident in dealing with customers the rest can be learnt!
