We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a very successful, international business with modern offices in Surrey. The focus is to deliver effective arrears support to customers, prioritising excellent customer outcomes. Responsibilities include:
- Manage customer queries with empathy and professionalism, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Engage with customers to identify tailored solutions that ensure positive outcomes, including affordable repayment plans.
- Maintain a good understanding of Consumer Duty regulations, ensuring all collections processes comply with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements, especially around fair treatment of vulnerable customers.
This role requires outstanding communication skills and a genuine customer focus. We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a Collections role, with an understanding of Consumer Duty regulations.
