Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Office Assistant with experience of overseeing the running of the office, providing EA / PA support to the Directors and also front of house reception cover. This is a lovely varied Office Assistant role to start ASAP!
Location: Office based - Petworth, West Sussex. Parking available
Hours: 9-5.30 Mon-Fri
Office Assistant duties:
- Meeting and greeting visitors - reception / front of house duties
- Ensuring office supplies are monitored and ordered when required
- Diary management
- Organising travel and meetings
- General admin and office support to the Directors
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar PA / EA / Office Manager type role
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills
