The Role
- You will produce accurate financial reporting, deliver meaningful analysis, and support decision making across UK and European operations.
- Working closely with operational and central teams, you will help drive budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports and deliver clear financial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support budgeting and forecasting through variance analysis and financial modelling.
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Conduct adhoc analysis to support business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity.
- Contribute to process improvements across profit and cost centres.
Skills & Experience
- AAT Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Experience producing financial reports, including balance sheet analysis.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, controls, and compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP.
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior and international stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to meet tight deadlines.
