We're looking for an Events Operations Coordinator to join a small but busy team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the planning and delivery of large-scale corporate events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves keeping projects on track, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of large corporate events.
Managing event logistics, timelines, and operational plans.
Coordinating suppliers, venues, and event partners.
Assisting with delegate management, travel, accommodation, and event communications.
Maintaining accurate project documentation and tracking key milestones.
Providing on-site operational support during events where required.
Working closely with the wider team to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
