Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business in the Reigate, Surrey area. This is a temporary Accounts Assistant job opportunity to start ASAP and supporting with accounts payable invoices, credit control, reconciliations, expenses etc.

Duration: Temp 4-6 months

Pay rate: 14.50 per hour + holiday pay

Location: Hybrid working - 2 days office based

Accounts - Finance Assistant duties:

  • Checking and processing of supplier invoices against purchase orders
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Handling invoice, payment, supplier and billing queries
  • Bank reconciliations, journals, accruals and prepayments
  • Expenses

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant role
  • Good IT skills and have used Sage
  • Excellent communication skills
