Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Manager for a fast-growing company based in Brighton.

We're looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to lead our clients partnerships function, focusing on delivering exceptional value and experiences. You'll need to bring strong customer service skills, sharp written communication, and a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Length - Permanent

Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 DOE plus 10% Bonus

Location - Brighton - Hybrid, 2 days in 3 days from home

DESCRIPTION.

  • Lead the Partnerships team with a focus on managing and nurturing product partner relationships.
  • Drive value through strategic collaboration, supporting customer engagement and retention while ensuring partnerships align with customer needs.
  • Continuously evolve the partner offering to remain relevant, accessible, measurable, and compelling for both existing and prospective customers.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Partnerships team, including staff and budget
  • Oversee partner relationships to meet goals and ensure quality
  • Improve member experience through products and partnerships
  • Manage contracts, negotiate deals, and source new partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partnership campaigns
  • Support Member Services with partner-related issues
  • Track and report key KPIs like usage and income
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Work with Proposition and Events on strategic initiatives

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Experience managing multiple external partnerships
  • Strong relationship-building
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. FCA) - Desirable
  • Project management experience
  • Budget management and driving revenue through partnerships
  • Able to create clear documents and deliver polished presentations
  • Confident managing contracts
  • Basic knowledge of digital and print marketing
  • Positive, confident, and driven attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team with tight deadlines
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks at once
  • Willing to travel occasionally for partner events, including some overnight stays
