Job Title – Procurement Data Analyst Location – London, Hybrid We\’re looking for a Procurement Data Analyst to work closely with the Head of Procurement, a talented IT Data Analyst to optimise procurement processes through data-driven insights and IT solutions. You will bridge the gap between IT and procurement, ensuring accurate data management and actionable insights to support strategic decisions. DESCRIPTION. Collect, analyse, and interpret procurement data; identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation within procurement workflows (ex Purchase to Pay process, Request for Quotes methodologies and tools..). Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain procurement software and ensure system integration. Work closely with procurement teams to understand data needs and provide insights. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation within procurement workflows Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and best practices in reporting and analysis.PROFILE To be considered for this role, you must: Proven experience in a similar role Experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP/ERP) and data analysis tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI). Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Experience in data analysis or related disciplines
