Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Marketing Support Administrator for a fast-growing company based in Brighton. Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Being the main contact for community reps, handling emails and calls.
- Uploading events to the website within two weeks, ensuring details are accurate.
- Collaborating with Health & Safety to flag and escalate issues from event plans.
- Tracking event attendance and online activity for reporting purposes.
- Updating website and community pages using the CMS.
- Assisting community reps with digital tools and email access.
- Processing invoices and tracking spending to stay within budget.
- Sending out letters, promotional items, and event supplies as needed.
- Supporting meetings and events by organizing attendees and preparing documents.
- Ensuring all community documents and information are current.
- Helping run online groups by creating quizzes, surveys, and other content.
- Supporting larger projects as required.
- Following data protection and health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring all marketing activities follow approval processes and compliance rules.
- Adhering to brand guidelines in all work.
- Attending occasional offsite or after-hours meetings.
Candidate Profile:
To be considered, you should:
- Have experience in a similar role or a keen interest in marketing with some related experience.
- Be confident using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
