- Manage 4 contractors and support the wider team to deliver high standards
- Manage the maintenance ticketing system, including overseeing the ticket board and driving performance improvements
- Conduct regular check-ins with contractors, including site visits and building walks
- Collaborate with FOH and on-site teams to support daily operations and emergency situations
- Deliver a high-quality resident experience in partnership with on-site teams
- Hold regular team meetings to review performance and identify process improvements
- Support maintenance planning, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Prioritise works based on impact, cost, and value
- Maintain accurate stock control and asset management
