We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Managing Director within a fast-paced financial services environment. You will provide dedicated support to a senior executive with a demanding schedule and extensive internal and external commitments. The role will involve managing a complex diary, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing meeting materials and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Working alongside the wider Executive Office, you will also support key meetings, events, communications and business priorities. The role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing demands while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and constantly changing diary
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and itineraries
  • Arrange meetings and prepare agendas, papers and presentations
  • Manage expenses, invoices and corporate card processes
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and other PAs
  • Support the wider Executive Office with meetings, events and business priorities
