Overview
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator who can support with the scheduling and coordination of the Engineers. This is a varied admin support role which will be handling customer queries, booking in the engineers to carry out the works, diary management, updating the systems and general office support. Ideal permanent job opportunity for an administrator with proven scheduling, planning - engineer coordination experience.
Salary: up to 28,500 per annum
Location & Hours:
- Location: Office based, Reigate, Surrey. Due to rural location, own transport required
- Hours: 8.30-5 Mon-Fri
Admin & Planning Coordinator duties:
- Provide admin support to the team
- Diary management - booking in the engineers and projects into the diary
- Dealing with post and office supplies
- Handle customer queries and processing payments
- Update and maintain the in house systems with the progress of works / projects
- Action quotations and booking of engineer works
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar admin support role, ideally within the trades / engineering sector, scheduling works etc
- Excellent customer services and communication skills
- Good IT skills
