Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator or Pensions & Investment Administrator to work for a company based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. The Financial Services Administrator will be supporting the Financial Advisers on a daily basis with clients' pensions and investment admin. The role can be office based or hybrid working.

Salary: £30-32K

Financial Services Admin duties:

  • Support the financial services team with all pensions/investment admin and compliance processing
  • Updating the in-house systems and compliance files
  • Submit the online pension and investment info on the portals
  • Issue documents to clients including post sales letters and plan schedules
  • Any other admin duties requested and also produce ongoing service reports
  • Liaise regularly with the pension/investment providers

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience working in a similar Financial Services Administration - Pensions or Investment Admin, support role within financial services
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Knowledge of financial services, specifically pension providers and products/portals
