We're looking for a Customer Services Associate to join the team on a fixed-term basis. You'll be the first point of contact for handling queries, supporting system administration, and ensuring a high standard of service in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming queries via phone & email
- Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels
- Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records
- Support joining, moving & leaving processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards
- Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy
- Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets
