Morgan McKinley is looking for Customer Service Assistants to work for a well established company based in Horsham, West Sussex. The Customer Service role will be supporting the customers and financial advisers.
Salary: up to £28K dependent on experience
Location: Office based - Mon-Fri - Horsham. Parking available
Customer Service Assistant duties:
- Manage incoming queries via phone & email
- Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels
- Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records
- Support joining, moving & leaving processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards
- Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy
- Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a similar Customer Service role, ideally within the Financial Services or IT helpdesk / Tech support sector
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Confidence with handling customer queries
- High attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
