Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Customer Services - Customer Retention Manager with proven Customer Service and Account Management experience to work for a well established company based just outside of Horsham, West Sussex. This is a varied Customer Account Management role which will service clients, customer relationship management, support operations and monitor product and customer feedback.
Salary: up to £55K dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid working - outskirts of Horsham
Customer Account Manager duties:- Provide regular updates on overall customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customers are receiving the level of service required and monitor customer enquiries
- Organise and lead Customer Success initiatives
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain client accounts
- Proven Customer Success / Account Manager / Customer Service Management experience, ideally working within the Healthcare or Tech Solutions sector
