Morgan McKinley is looking for a Billings Administrator to join a lovely company based in Horsham, West Sussex. The Billings support role will be office-based, working as part of the finance - billings team, supporting with invoicing, chasing payments etc as well as providing an excellent customer service at all times by handling customer billing or invoice queries.
Location: Office based, Horsham, West Sussex
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Billing Administrator duties:
- Raise invoices via the billing system
- Onboard new customers and renew existing customers on the billing system
- Raise and track billing/invoice disputes and credits
- Producing invoices and reminders (includes electronic-billing) using dedicated medical billing software
- Allocating customer payments
- Resolve customer billing queries and issues
Skills and Experience:
- Proven Finance Admin Support / Billing experience, working in a similar role
- Attention to detail, a proactive approach and analytical thinking
- Good Excel skills
