Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator who has ideally worked within the healthcare sector or a similar industry, to work as a Scheduling Admin Support Coordinator for a company based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The admin and customer service support role will be assisting with the rotas - scheduling of patient appointments.
This is a varied workforce coordination role, scheduling the clinical staff appointments, updating and coordinating rotas, handling enquiries and confirming the bookings.
Salary: Β£27-30K
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Work Schedule: 4 days a week office based - parking onsite; some evening and weekend work required on a team rota basis every 4-6 weeks.
Workforce Scheduling Admin Coordinator duties:
- Scheduling the teams' appointments
- Monitoring the rota
- Data entry and updating the systems
- Support our workforce scheduling, dealing with enquiries promptly
- Scheduling and dealing with queries
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar varied admin support role, managing schedules/rotas, workforce etc.
- Excellent customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, willing to learn and enjoys a varied role
