About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Junior HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Officer looking to take the next step in their career and develop their advisory skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment. As Junior HR Advisor, you will provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of employee relations and people matters. You will support the delivery of HR initiatives, policies, and processes while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
Junior HR Advisor Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters.
- Advise managers on HR processes and procedures.
- Draft and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
