Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work for a lovely company based in the Haywards Heath West Sussex area. The Finance Manager role is hybrid working and will be responsible for all aspects of accounts – financial management from management accounting, payroll process, financial reporting, cash flow and year end processes. Location: Hybrid working – Haywards Heath Salary: £50-60K Finance Manager duties: Budget control – monitoring and reviewing budgets, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts Developing and updating accounting systems Monitoring and reviewing of suppliers – contract management Payroll – ensure the process of the monthly payroll is accurate Attend meetings and report any financial findings, commercial support etc Manage the month end / year end process Managing an Accounts AssistantSkills and experience required: Proven experience working in a similar Finance Manager / Head of Finance type role, ideally within the charity / healthcare / education sector Great communication and IT skills Able to review financial contracts and support with ever-changing requirements…
