Job Title: EA / Business Manager to CEO

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO's right hand and trusted business partner
- Drive and coordinate key business priorities, projects and initiatives
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, Board members and clients
- Act as a key gatekeeper to the CEO, managing access, information flow and priorities with sound judgement
- Anticipate issues, identify solutions and use strong judgement to act on the CEO's behalf
- Ensure the CEO's time and priorities align with wider business objectives
- Prepare high-level briefings, presentations and materials
- Support strategic client relationships and senior-level engagements
- Coordinate global activity across offices, stakeholders and time zones
- Provide executive support where required, including diary, travel and communications
- Handle highly confidential matters with absolute discretionAbout You
About You
- Previous experience supporting a CEO is essential
- Legal industry experience is essential.
- Experience operating as a genuine right hand to a CEO, with broad business exposure
- Commercially astute with excellent business judgement
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, Board members and clients
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial and solutions-focused
- Able to operate independently and take ownership without being directed
- Exceptional communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Professional, discreet and highly credible
