Morgan McKinley is looking for Customer Service professionals with fluent French language skills to provide excellent Customer Service to their customers. Full training is provided. We have temporary and permanent French speaking Customer Service support job opportunities to start ASAP. The role will be working for a great company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
Hours: Shift work including some weekends
Temp pay rate: £14-15 per hour + holiday pay
Location: Office based - East Grinstead, West Sussex
Customer Service duties:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls and emails
- Maintain a clear and complete record of each assistance case and follow through on all cases to completion.
- Checking of customer records, notes and invoices
- Advise customers and answer queries regarding their claims
Skills & Experience:
- Ideally have some Customer Service skills and experience
- High level of organisation required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in French
