Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work for a company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This is an office-based customer services role, supporting the internal teams and handling customer queries.
Location: Crawley - office based, parking onsite
Salary: £26,639
Hours: 8.30-5.30 / 9.30-6.30 Mon-Fri (with 1 hour for lunch)
Customer Service Assistant duties:
- Answering the phones
- Data entry - updating the internal systems with the customer call info
- Monitor and respond to customer emails
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Regular liaison with internal teams regarding customer orders
- Ensure all relevant customer documentation is processed
Skills and experience required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and a confident and professional phone manner
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably experience using databases
