Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work on a part time basis for a company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a varied part time Accounts Assistant role which will be supporting with the everyday finances such as supplier invoices, credit control, reconciliations etc. This is a temporary Finance Assistant role to start ASAP.
Hours and Location
- Hours: Part time 3 days a week - 4 hours a day (Mon/Tues/Thurs)
- Location: Crawley β Office based β Parking onsite
Accounts Assistant duties
- Processing invoices
- Credit control; chasing and processing payments
- Reconciliations
- Raise credit notes and invoices using Sage
- Handling supplier invoice or payment queries
Skills and experience required
- Proven Accounts - Finance support experience, working in a similar accounting role
- Excellent communications skills
- Good IT skills
- Experience of using Sage and Excel
