Morgan Mc Kinley is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive with excellent customer service skills to join a fast-growing and exciting company based in East Grinstead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily customer enquiries, processing orders through a ticketing system, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering a high standard of service.

Location: East Grinstead - Hybrid (2-3 days office-based) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Resolve daily customer queries, process orders, and manage related correspondence accurately and efficiently.

Use ticketing systems to manage and update customer requests in line with SLAs and standard operating procedures.

Liaise with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and other internal departments to ensure the smooth resolution of customer requests.

Manage live chat and inbound enquiries, directing queries to the appropriate teams within agreed response times.

Provide professional telephone and email support, ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.

Experience working to deadlines and meeting SLA commitments.

Financial administration or financial responsibility experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise workload.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
