I'm looking for a qualified accountant with strong commercial finance / FP&A experience to join a fast-growing, ambitious business and take ownership of its commercial finance agenda. Reporting directly to the MD, you'll have real influence across P&L performance, trading, pricing, forecasting, investment and growth strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Full ownership of P&L and trading performance
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
- Commercial modelling, pricing and unit economics
- Providing insight to commercial and marketing teams
- Driving margin improvement and cost optimisation
- Assessing new opportunities and investment cases
- Producing Board-level reporting and insight
- Leading and developing the commercial finance team
- Improving BI reporting and financial analysis
What we're looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong commercial finance or FP&A background
- Excellent Excel modelling skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of P&L and margins
- Confident operating with senior stakeholders and at Board level
- Hands-on, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
