Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced, part-qualified Management Accountant to join a well-established business based in the Burgess Hill, West Sussex area. The Management Accountant will work with the FC, supporting with month end, financial analysis and monthly management account preparation.
Location: Office based - Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Parking onsite
Salary: up to £40K
Management Accountant duties:
- Fixed asset reporting
- Preparation of month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end journals
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Update and maintaining cash flow
- VAT compliance - VAT return, submissions etc
- Financial analysis tasks such as: the annual budget process and review, as well as ongoing monthly forecasting
Skills and experience:
- Experience working in a similar Accountant, Management Accounting role with proven financial analysis skills
- Ideally be part qualified CIMA or ACCA
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
