About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Employee Benefits Consultant to join a growing team in Brighton. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and expand a portfolio of clients across healthcare and group risk benefits, while developing innovative wellbeing strategies that deliver real value. You will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and identifying cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio. Please note that to be a successful candidate for this role, you NEED to have experience in Healthcare and/or Group Risk benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice across healthcare and group risk benefits.
- Proactively identify and cross-sell additional services to enhance client offerings.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.
- Design, implement, and launch bespoke wellbeing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, including attending insurer visits when required.
Consultant will have / be:
- Experience in Healthcare and/or Group Risk benefits (mandatory).
- Strong client relationship management skills with a demonstrable track record in business development and sales.
- Holder of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) module GR1 (Group Risk) or studying to achieve this qualification. Requirement to undertake this if not studying already. Funded by the company.
- Full UK driving licence (insurer visits required).
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
