Morgan McKinley is looking for a Accounts Assistant to join a well established company based in the Brighton, East Sussex area on a hybrid basis. The Finance Assistant job, will be working as part of the finance team supporting with raising sales invoices, credit notes, and issuing client statements etc.

Salary: 27K

Location: Hybrid working – Brighton office 3 days a week

Finance Assistant duties:

  • Processing of invoices and credit notes
  • Sending out statements
  • Respond to fiance queries and issues relating to Accounts Receivable
  • Process invoices and respond to requests
  • Check and update balances

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant type role, processing invoices, sales ledger / credit control etc.
  • Good IT, using systems such as Sage
  • Excellent communication skills
