Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Sales Support Team Lead to work for a company based in the Tadworth, Surrey area. This is a great sales support - team lead, and office manager job opportunity for someone with proven people management experience and experience providing sales support to sales managers, including daily reporting.
Salary: up to £43K
Duration: 12 month FTC
Location: Office based - parking available onsite
Sales Support Team Lead duties:
- Manage a sales support team, conducting 1:1's, appraisals, team meetings etc
- Support the Sales and Account Managers, ensuring pricing, requests and workflow processes are one efficiently
- Liaising with other internal teams and build and maintain strategic relationships
- Provide accurate Management Information (MI) reports within set deadlines and oversee regular workplace safety checks
- Monitor and ensure the Sales Support team is delivering consistently with a high level
of quality at all times
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar Sales Support - Office Manager type role within a fast-paced commercial or operational business.
- Line management or team-leading experience
- Excellent IT skills, ideally advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting
- Great communication skills and strong attention to detail
