A leading global professional services firm is continuing to invest in its International and Complex Tax practice and is looking to appoint an experienced International Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to advise multinational businesses, listed groups and internationally expanding organisations on technically challenging cross-border tax matters. Working alongside Partners and international colleagues, you'll help clients navigate an increasingly complex global tax landscape while delivering practical, commercially focused solutions. The Opportunity
You'll play a leading role in delivering strategic international tax advice across a wide range of industries, supporting clients through acquisitions, restructurings, international expansion and changing global tax legislation. Working as part of a highly collaborative team, you'll coordinate cross-border projects, manage key client relationships and help shape innovative solutions to complex tax challenges. This is a predominantly advisory-focused role, offering the opportunity to work on market-leading projects with direct exposure to senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of international and complex corporate tax advisory projects for multinational businesses and UK-headquartered groups.
- Advise clients on cross-border structuring, refinancing, legal entity simplification, business reorganisations and operating model redesign.
- Support clients with international expansion, acquisitions, disposals and wider strategic transactions.
- Provide guidance on evolving international tax developments, including BEPS 2.0, Pillar Two and wider global tax reform.
