The role:
Responsibility for the day to day management of the team, overall data management and project management. Actively support and contribute to the roll-out and delivery of a brand new, game changing, payroll solution that has been developed internally.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordination of payrolls in the UK and/or multiple locations
Contribute to the continued development of a new game-changing payroll solution developed by the firm
Liaising with clients' HR, internal payroll and outsourced payroll teams
Data analytics to oversee the capture, reconciliation and reporting of global compensation
Oversight of the manipulation/mapping of data sources for payroll processing
Ability to define tax rules that aid an effective technology build
Working closely with the Tax Technology team to ensure best practice
Utilise Tax technical knowledge in the global mobility space and cross-border payroll
Actively seek to improve processes and procedures
Support the development of junior colleagues
