Finance Operations Manager

We're looking for a Financial Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations of an international shared service function supporting five legal entities across multiple countries and currencies . This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, but can also step back and see the bigger picture. You'll lead and support a small team of three while remaining hands-on across management accounts, AP, intercompany, treasury, reconciliations and financial controls. What you'll be doing Preparing monthly management accounts across five entities , working to a tight four-day close Reviewing monthly control account reconciliations and ensuring strong financial controls Managing international treasury across 20+ bank accounts , multiple currencies and countries Preparing cashflow forecasts and managing debt settlements with the overseas parent company Reviewing and approving journal entries and AP payments Owning day-to-day intercompany and intracompany transactions Supporting inventory management, including stock takes, goods-in-transit and discrepancies Working with external auditors and developing a more streamlined approach to the annual audit Producing management reporting and providing insight through ...
