The Development Manager will support with planning, budgeting, project design, construction, supervision and technical advice. Salary: £54-56K + car allowance Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex Development Manager duties : Manage and coordinate the design, specification and procurement of major works projects Project management, from inception to end of defects, of multiple construction projects to help improve and grow the portfolio Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications During the construction phase of projects including regular site checks on progress and auditing of health and safety Obtain building regulation approval when required Prepare and produce cost estimates and formal capital expenditure reports Oversee and review the production of concept, planning, construction and as-built drawings in Autocad Log and update project progress Skills and experience: Proven experience working in a similar construction project management type role Must be a driver and able to work across the UK and overnight stays required Good working knowledge of Autocad Knowledge and expe...
