The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, you'll play a leading role in delivering strategic tax advice across a wide range of industries, supporting clients through business growth, international expansion, restructuring and major corporate transactions. You'll work alongside Partners and specialists from across the wider business to deliver integrated solutions, while taking ownership of client relationships, mentoring future leaders and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. This is a role with genuine influence, combining technical advisory work, leadership and commercial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex UK and international corporate tax advisory projects.
- Advise clients on business restructures, cross-border transactions, international expansion, financing and wider strategic tax matters.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic adviser on corporate tax issues.
- Support clients in navigating evolving UK and international tax legislation and broader commercial challenges.
- Work collaboratively with Partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of corporate tax compliance work where appropriate, ensuring the highest technical standards.
- Manage multiple client engagements, project budgets and team resources.
