Our primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors. Morgan Marine is an ambitious, dynamic, and professional organisation with over 60 years of manufacturing expertise. As the company continues to flourish and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen our HR Team with the addition of an HR Manager.
Role: The HR Manager will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the full employee lifecycle. You will provide professional support and guidance to Managers on all employment law matters, employee welfare, and employee-related challenges within the local environment as well as introducing policies and best practice. You will also ensure the achievement of organisational objectives through the effective implementation of people management, policy, and procedure. You will be an experienced, generalist HR professional.
Requirements: You will be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in presenting to senior management. You will have a high level of self-motivation and possess good time-management skills. An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is essential.
Package: £40,000.00 – £45,000.00 per annum, depending on experience. Employee Assistance Programme benefits package including 31 days holiday rising to 33, Health Cash plan, Life insurance, Pension, Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to Work Scheme, referral bonus, subsidised on-site gym membership & free parking.
