A brief summary of Morgan Management: Morgan Management Ltd is an associate company of the BanaOne group of companies and provides property services to all the group companies and a number of charities. Although our client is Bana One, we are effectively embedded within the company and act more as a principal than as an agent.
Commercially we manage approximately 690 properties located throughout London and the Southeast. The most northerly holding is in Leicester, but the most significant clusters are in Brighton and London. There is a very sizeable holding in Bournemouth so we have established an office there where a team of three operates.
In terms of the properties uses classes, the largest element is mixed commercial.
