A renowned music artist based in London, travelling regularly internationally, is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to join a small, dedicated team. Part‑time position, on a consultancy agreement, with significant flexibility expected in terms of days and hours.
Responsibilities
- Management of all correspondence: calls, emails, and post
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Setting reminders for meetings, commitments, and key tasks
- Organisation of all travel and logistics
- Attendance at shoots, concerts, and professional engagements; coordination of outfits, luggage, and on‑site logistics
- Liaison with other team members and external contacts (clients, manager, suppliers)
- Preparation of expense reports and administrative filing
- Versatile support across all ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role supporting an artist, public figure, or UHNWI
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments
- Highly autonomous with a strong ability to anticipate needs
- Team player with essential flexibility
- Based in London or the Greater London area
- Right to work in the UK required
