Morgan Mace are delighted to be working with a fast-scaling DTC eCommerce home & lifestyle brand, currently generating c.$40M in revenue with a clear path to $100M+. They are looking for a hands-on operations leader to take ownership of the operational engine of the business and help build the structure required for the next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a high-impact, founder-facing position with end-to-end responsibility across:
- Supply chain & inventory planning
- Fulfilment & 3PL management
- Operational systems (ERP, WMS, automation)
- Cross-functional alignment (particularly with marketing & demand)
- Building scalable processes and operational cadence
You’ll be working directly with the founder to identify inefficiencies, solve problems, and implement structure as the business scales.
