Are you a world-class recruiter who thrives on "the find" but is tired of the constant grind of business development? Morgan Mace is a rapidly expanding, niche headhunting firm. We operate at the elite intersection of Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce. We partner with some of the most exciting, high-growth international businesses - primarily within the US market - and our pipeline of roles is near-limitless.
The Mandate: Pure Delivery. This is a senior-level, delivery-only role. We have the clients; we have the roles. We need the talent.
Your sole focus will be identifying, headhunting, and securing the top 1% of talent for roles ranging from $80k to $300k base salaries. You won't spend a single minute on business development. Instead, you will spend your time interviewing for roles like CMOs, VPs of Brand, Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, Video Editors, Head of Tik-Tok Shop and other similar roles, producing the high-level screening notes our clients expect, and advising our clients on the best hiring strategy.
The Ideal Profile
We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional who possesses a refined "eye for talent." At this level, you understand that a world-class creative hire is defined by more than just a CV; it is about nuance, portfolio depth, and cultural alignment.
The Expert Recruiter: To be successful in this role, you must bring a minimum of 5 years of proven success specifically within the Marketing and Creative recruitment sector. You are a specialist who thrives in the search and selection process, possessing the gravitas to engage with high-level candidates and the technical understanding to vet elite creative talent.
Please note: Substantial agency or headhunting experience within this specific niche is an essential requirement for this position.
Why Join Us?
- True High-Earning Potential: A competitive £35k basic salary with a commission structure designed for top performers. Year 1 OTE: £75k. Year 2 OTE: £100k+.
- Global Reach: Work the lucrative US market while remaining based in the UK.
- Lifestyle Flexibility: This is a 100% remote role. Work from home or from a holiday villa, wherever you choose! To align with our US client base, working hours are 14:00 - 22:30 GMT.
- Elite Portfolio: You will be responsible for filling 30-50 high-ticket roles per year, including Chief Marketing Officers, Heads of Growth, and Creative Directors.
