Morgan Mace

🚀 General Manager / Commercial Lead (DTC) | $40M → $100M+ Growth Journey

🌍 Remote | Founder-led | Full-time Contract

Morgan Mace are working for a fast-scaling DTC consumer brand in the home & lifestyle space.

The business is already doing ~$40M in revenue, with a clear path to $100M+, driven by performance marketing and direct response.

This is not a typical “Head of Operations” role.

👉 It’s closer to a GM / COO-style position, sitting directly alongside the founder and operating across the entire commercial engine of the business.

💡 The Opportunity

You’ll step in as the central operator across the business, connecting:

  • Marketing (performance spend, CAC, growth efficiency)
  • Product (range, pricing, bundling)
  • Operations (inventory, fulfilment, execution)
  • Finance (P&L, cash flow, contribution margin)

The goal is simple:

👉 turn a fast-growing business into a scalable, highly efficient commercial engine

🎯 What They’re Looking For

This suits someone who:

  • Has operated at $20M–$100M+ scale in DTC / ecommerce
  • Is commercially minded (comfortable owning P&L, KPIs, growth levers)
  • Understands direct response / performance marketing environments
  • Has worked cross-functionally (marketing, product, ops, finance)
  • Enjoys building structure in founder-led, fast-moving businesses

You don’t need to be deeply technical in supply chain/logistics — but you should have strong oversight and understanding.

🌍 Setup

  • Fully remote, globally distributed team
  • Founder-led, highly collaborative environment
  • Strong overlap with UAE / European time zones preferred

💰 Package

  • Full-time contract
  • Competitive compensation (base + performance bonus)
  • Equity part of the discussion

🔥 Why This Role Stands Out

  • True ownership across the business, not a functional silo
  • Work directly with the founder as a strategic partner
  • Opportunity to help scale a business from $40M → $100M+
  • High impact, high visibility role
