Procurement/Tendering Manager An opportunity has arisen in Surrey for a procurement/tender management specialist with full experience of the public sector tendering process.

You will be joining a global business and supporting clients in the health and education sectors to manage a best-in-class supplier tender/RFQ process. working closely with the Client Account Manager and providing a professional and transparent service that delivers against client objectives and business growth.

Key

Responsibilities: Understanding and evaluating the impact of "no-bids" on the tender process and agreeing strategies to ensure the tender process remains impartial and robust.

Ensuring that any winning supplier tenders/bids are competitive by comparing proposals against existing supplier prices.

Developing and agreeing an integrated, project plan and risk register.

Working closely with key stakeholders to clearly define and clarify the client's requirements/objectives, agreeing the supplier tender submission specification, evaluation criteria and submission method using the company's online tender submission portal.

Proactively engaging with a diverse range of suppliers, facilitating pre-tender supplier engagement sessions, ensuring the client's requirements and expectations are made clear so that supplier tender submissions are compelling and of high quality and delivered in accordance with the project plan....
