The Royal Parks is seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to help deliver our People Plan and shape the future of our organisation. Reporting to the Head of People, this role combines strategic partnering with operational delivery to support Directors and senior leaders.

You will lead complex people initiatives, drive workforce planning and talent development, and help embed an insight-led approach to people management across the charity.
