I am currently recruiting a permanent Senior People & Culture Partner for my Arts client based in London. This role will pay a salary of 60,000 per year and will involve hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office and 2 remote.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of People and Culture, you will manage the People Business Partners. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing HR Business Partners from within a unionised environment and:
- Shape and develop the People partnering function and ensure the BP model is future-proof with the Deputy Director.
- Support the delivery of the organisations strategy and business plan and ensure its effective implementation and measurement.
- Work closely with People Operations, Resourcing, and Development areas of the People team to anticipate workforce needs and future challenges and as part of the team drive cultural and operational transformation.
- Support the Deputy Director with the management of complex ER casework.
- Demonstrate experience of dealing with strategic and operational people partnering issues.
- Coach the People Partners and ensure their skill set is at the required level.
- Evaluate and develop the success of the business partnering model, including establishing and embedding KPIs and performance measures.
- Have the drive and pragmatism to undertake this position.
